Recommended Dose: Adults blend (for no longer than 15 seconds), shake, or briskly stir 2 level scoops (38.5 grams) of UltraMeal Cardio 360° in 237 mL (8 fl. oz.) of chilled water daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Consume within 10 minutes of reconstitution. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
