Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Citric acid, natural flavours, and rebaudioside A (Stevia rebaudiana).
Recommended Dose: Adults blend 3 packets into 1 L water, drink L of solution 10- 15 minutes before exercise and every 20 minutes when exercising, in small quantities at regular intervals. Take with food and few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
Recommended Use: Helps maintain normal electrolyte balance and muscle function.
Cautions: Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking other potassiumcontaining supplements or with potassium-containing salt-substitutes.
